12-Hour Priority Handling (Checkout Upgrade)

This is a turnaround-time upgrade for an existing Immigration Accuracy Lab service (initial scan or 48-hour rescan). It moves your order to the front of the queue so you receive your report faster.

What this upgrade does:

• Prioritizes your order ahead of standard requests
• Delivers your written report within 12 hours of usable uploads being received (during operating hours)

Important timing notes

• The 12-hour clock starts when we receive usable files via the intake link.
• If files are missing, unreadable, or incomplete and we request resubmission, the clock pauses until usable files are provided.
• Orders placed after 8:00 PM Mountain begin processing the next business window.
